This presentation will address the ever changing investment landscape which is growing ever more unsettled because of uncertain monetary and fiscal policy.  Charles will detail attractive asset classes and investment opportunities given the myriad of market influences: subdued growth in the developed world, the inevitable rise in interest rates and the grand experiment being employed by central banks around the globe.

Charles joined Gemmer in 2000 and today serves as the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. He leads the investment committee, is responsible for the tactical positioning of the portfolios and supports financial advisors and their clients as a portfolio manager. A Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute, Charles received his B.A. in finance and economics from the University of Washington (1992).
