About Our Speaker
Charles Blankley, CFA is the Chief Investment Officer at Gemmer Asset Management. Charles leads the investment committee and is responsible for the tactical position of more than $800 million in assets for financial advisors and their clients. Charles received his BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Washington and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
