To compliment our free fitness classes, Medifast is offering a series of classroom style programs geared to support a healthy lifestyle.
The fourth class in the series will be highlighting Healthy Weeknight Meal Planning:
Do you struggle to get healthy dinners on the table during the week? Join Alexandra Miller, RDN, LDN as she shares her 3-step process to preparing well-balanced, stress-free meals that the whole family will enjoy.
These classes are free to attend, but registration is required. Space is limited to 25.
