2020 Online Annual Meeting 

Our 2020 Annual Meeting will be held online via Zoom on June 13, 2020.  Sign in for the meeting will be between 9:00 - 9:45 a.m. and the meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. sharp.  You must either be a clergy delegate or a lay delegate appointed by your church to register.  Due to the pandemic, this year's meeting will only be two hours (10 a.m. - noon) and will take care of the needed business of the Conference including votes on the 2021 budget, the slate of candidates from the Nominating Work Group, the Compensation Guidelines document, and proposed changes to the Conference Bylaws.
