CMSM 2019 National Assembly Registration 

Welcome!

This year, we meet Tuesday morning through the Thursday evening Mass & Banquet, but have planned several events for you starting Monday afternoon. Registration opens that day. Sign up for optional Monday afternoon workshops (border ministry, restorative justice circles, and communication strategies). If you are new to CMSM, please attend the new member orientation at 4 p.m.

That night Saint John Vianney Center will host a reception. Praesidium is sponsoring our official opening reception on Tuesday and Saint Luke Institute is graciously once again sponsoring our closing banquet.

• Register up to three people for the National Assembly per online form; use more forms if needed. 
• Early-bird Rate: $525/person by June 21, 2019. After June 21, registration is $575.
• Scholarships are available for smaller institutes, those with limited finances, and to bring a younger member from your institute. Learn more here. If you have a scholarship, enter your discount code at the "promo code" line on this form.
• Payment is by credit card or check. For check, complete this form online, select "check" payment, and follow the instructions
• Register separately for your hotel room (see below). 

Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made by July 5, 2019, less a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. No refunds after that time.

Free airport shuttle: The hotel has a free shuttle, 6 a.m.-10 p.m. Call the concierge at 210-691-8888 to request a pick up. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service within five miles of the hotel, based upon availability.
