Registration Details

• Up to four people may register per online form.
• Registration includes two nights' accommodations at the Hilton Garden Inn Greenbelt, all meals and the workshop. A commuter option is available, as well.
• If you wish to arrive on Sunday or stay until Thursday, you may select additional hotel nights on your registration form, at a reduced rate of $130/night. Fill in the number of rooms needed if you are registering a group.
• Payment is by credit card or check. 

Planning Your Trip 

• Amtrak: New Carrollton Station is less than six miles from our office and the hotel
• Metrorail: Greenbelt Metro (on Green Line) is closest  
• Air: BWI and Reagan National are closest. From National, take Metrorail to Greenbelt Metro (on Green Line). From BWI, take Metrobus, Amtrak, MARC rail, or the Express Metrobus (B30), which stops at the Greenbelt Metro Station. Metrorail and Metrobus airport connection information is here.
• The hotel provides a free local shuttle.

Please send us your arrival information and we will meet you at the Greenbelt or New Carrollton Metro stations.

Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made by February 15, less a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.
