Program Description:
Attending physicians and Nurse Practitioners working in LTC are invited to this interactive workshop developed by Dr. Varughese and Dr. Moser and delivered through funding from the Baycrest Centre for Learning, Research and Innovation in LTC (CLRI).This workshop will focus on evidence-based care by incorporating the Choosing Wisely recommendations, integrating the principles of resident and family-centred care, and using advanced care planning to support decision making in LTC.

FEE: $30 plus HST
