the freshest sustainable seafood available. A native Texan, Markle began his career at the California Culinary Academy and gained an in-depth knowledge
of seafood and sushi at San Francisco’s Tsunami and Aqua, one of the Bay Area’s most beloved seafood eateries. His Austin experience includes positions
in the kitchens of the Four Seasons and Uchi. At Shoreline, he has become known for his creativity and his
commitment to using the freshest, sustainably caught seafood available.
