Rose Gottemoeller will discuss the importance to NATO Allies of the NPT and the broader regime of arms control, disarmament and non-proliferation. William Alberque will provide an historic overview of the NPT negotiations, highlighting the role of NATO’s nuclear sharing arrangements as part of the NPT negotiations.
