UNWARRANTED: The Human Cost of Fines 

The Delaware Center for Justice, Design Thinking Academy, Creative Vision Factory and Christina Cultural Arts Center present UNWARRANTED: The human costs of fines. 

In 2017, over 44,000 warrants were issued for failure to pay a fine. We asked people who were issued these warrants to share their stories promising to use their voices for two things: art and change. Please join us for an evening of community, art, and music to learn about the experiences of people who can't pay their court fines and proposed alternate solutions. Refreshments will be served.
