SU4S 2021 is a challenge for you to commit to getting in better shape by July 1, 2021. It is time to Shape-Up! You can start this event by registering and then going into Shape-Up for the InBody 570 assessment, and filling out the Survey of your goals and things you are going to do to be in better shape/health by July 1, 2021
