This year's winter show will be at the Wilbur D May Museum.
Take-in day is Tuesday, November 13th, from 11am to 1pm.
The show will open on Wednesday, November 14th during regular museum opening hours!
This show is an open themed event. Paintings should be submitted under one of the five standard categories: Portraits & Figures; Florals & Still Lifes; Fur, Fins & Feathers; Abstracts; and Landscapes (which include cityscapes). All Standing Rules for exhibits apply.
Please remember to take photos of your paintings before you submit them to the show!

Please consider donating one or more small paintings for the annual silent auction to raise funds for the Art Angels. You can submit your paintings to Nancy Podewils on take-in day, bring them to the reception on December 1st (preferably before 9:30 am) or call Nancy at 775-343-8100 to arrange for pick-up.

We are continuing with required online entry for this and future SWS Exhibits.
Instead of filling out the form on the dropoff day, we request you click the "Register Now" link below, and enter your information digitally by the online entry deadline!
You can pay online or mail your check payment, payable to SWS to: SWS, c/o Laurel Sweigart, P.O. Box 70564, Reno, NV, 89570.
The SWS will not accept unregistered paintings or payment on take-in day. Please contact the Exhibit Chairs if you need assistance registering online.
