Our Mission: Our mission is to support children whose emotional, social,  behavioral, and/or learning difficulties have impacted their ability to succeed in typical school settings. Mardan provides an alternative education option for students in all grades - from at risk primary grade students to high school students seeking  smaller, more individually focused and supportive environment.

All children deserve an opportunity to be happy, successful, and productive. We help children achieve these goals with our unique approach which is based upon understanding that each child is unique and a safe and structured environment promotes all types of growth.

We are accredited by the Association of Western Schools and Colleges (WASC) and certified by the State of CA as a non-public school.

LOS RIOS ROCK SCHOOL

Our Mission: From new musicians to aspiring pros, Los Rios Rock School provides expert instruction in guitar, drums, piano and all rock instruments, as well as vocals, songwriting, theory, sight reading, engineering and recording. Combining weekly private lessons and group rehearsals, our goal is to prepare students to confidently take the stage in front of a live audience. As a premier music training center, our teachers are professional musicians who are dedicated to creating supportive yet challenging settings that will help students develop a lifelong appreciation of musical performance.
