The 2017 New York State Children’s Alliance Annual Membership Conference is a multidisciplinary training designed to meet the training needs of all members of a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT). This year's workshop sessions are lead by national and local experts in the field of child abuse investigations and interventions. 

 2017 Keynote Speaker

Gene Klein, LCSW - Gene Klein has served as Executive Director of Project Harmony in Omaha, Nebraska for 15 years. Under his leadership, Project Harmony has become the model collaborative for effective child abuse prevention, response and treatment. Gene is a national speaker on collaboration, child advocacy and non-profit leadership. His keynote will focus on leadership and creating a trauma informed culture within a CAC.

The NYSCA Annual Conference is intended for all members of an MDT including:

Prosecutors / Law Enforcement / Probation Officers / Child Protective & Child Welfare Personnel / Mental Health Professionals / Medical Providers       Victim & Family Advocates / CAC Personnel / School Personnel

Registration Fees

Full Conference Registration: $100 (includes breakfast and lunch
both days)

Day One Registration: $55 (includes breakfast and lunch)

Day Two Registration: $45 (includes breakfast and lunch)
