Women of Rodef Sholom Presents Love is Love 

Join the Women of Rodef Sholom on Valentine's Day for this special event celebrating love is love by Keshet Bay Area Education and Training Manager Randi Reed. Keshet envisions a world in which all LGBTQ Jews and our families can live with full equality, justice and dignity. By strengthening Jewish communities and equipping Jewish organizations with the skills and knowledge they need to make all LGBTQ Jews feel welcome, we work to ensure the full equality of all LGBTQ Jews and our families in Jewish life.

Towards that goal, we will spend a small amount of time talking about LGBTQ terms focusing on the breakdown of gender. And then look at selections from the Torah and Rabbinic literature that push us to think differently about the presence and power of gender diversity in our communities and history.

Randi Reed combines art, theater, and summer camp work experience with her passion for creating safer, more inclusive spaces for the LGBTQ community as a training specialist for the Bay Area. Prior to joining Keshet, Randi helped build LGBTQ teen and community programs for the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco.
