Please join us for our monthly CLE luncheon. This month, we are pleased to offer a panel discussion among three folks with intimate knowledge of the Mercer County case: Adam Gordon is a lawyer at Fair Share Housing, an active participant in this and similar cases around the state; Betsy McKenzie is a planner who has served as a Special Master in the Mercer County case and has done similar work in Mt. Laurel cases for many years; and Chris Tarr represents both developers and affordable housing nonprofits and has counseled the largest intervenor in the Hopewell Township settlement.
As this notice goes out, towns throughout the state eagerly await Judge Jacobson’s potentially blockbuster ruling as to the number of affordable housing units that Mercer County’s towns must provide -- particularly Princeton and West Windsor.
All attendees will receive a Continuing Legal Education Certificate for 1.0 credit hour.
