Program Summary.
What would it mean to your organization if you could avoid and overcome the dysfunction that results from gender and racial inequality? What if you could address the not-so-hidden biases that keep us from living and working from a place of integrity? Imagine if we could knock down those barriers and work together more effectively - giving and receiving support, training, referrals - and actually LIKING one another in a productive and collaborative work environment.
Learn to uncover deep-rooted limiting beliefs and pre-suppositions and create a meaningful dialogue to reveal the solutions that can be immediately and effectively applied to your organization.
Topics to be explored during the program:
By understanding how to overcome our natural biases, we can create an organization with strong morale, empowered staff at all levels, creating a safe, open and honest work environment that will attract top talent and surely have a positive impact on your organization's profitability.
