Positive Interpersonal Communication
We communicate every single day of our lives -- whether face-to-face, email, text, or phone communication. It's argued that communication could be one of the most important skill sets to have to effectively motivate others, create positive first impressions and trust in others, use effective listening skills, and recognize coworkers talents.
Presenter: Tom Clark has conducted hundreds of business communication workshops, primarily with P&G and Microsoft through his consulting practice, CommuniSkills. Tom has written five books and numerous professional articles on topics ranging from communications to career strategies to organizational behavior. Tom is also Professor Emeritus of Management & Entrepreneurship at Xavier University and is a OneSource Consultant.
