Pima County Community Health Needs Assessment Input Forum

Pima County's public health and health care organizations are partnering in a collaborative effort to determine the greatest factors currently affecting the health of Pima County residents. A critical part of this effort is to collect input from community members on issues facing your community.

During this forum, we will review the data that have been collected on health related issues and give community members an opportunity to share perspectives on some of the root causes of these issues. Community members will also have the opportunity to suggest additional sources of data that may be considered for inclusion in the assessment process.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Community members, public health professionals, social service agency representatives, tribal health representatives, health care providers, public safety/first responders, educators - anyone with an interest in the health of Southern Arizona residents.
