How an "On-purpose Growth Culture" helps you win in uncertain times

presented by Alicia Parr, Founder of Performentor LLC

Is growing your business a magic trick?  Is it just luck or great leadership?  Is it just a matter of getting the people or keeping them? Or, is there something in the culture of your business that creates that lucky magic and helps you find and keep the right people to help your organization innovate and grow?

Every organizational culture is different, but there are things in common between those cultures that seem to have the most engaged, innovative teams creating growth-magic that puts your vision into reality. It’s not luck. It’s hard work.

In this presentation Alicia will talk about the things you can do to keep your team on-purpose, innovative, and high performing. People are motivated when they feel an affinity for the beliefs and values of your business and see a growth path for themselves.
