Professional Engineer with over 40 years (including 20+ years of active-duty naval service) of hands-on and leadership experience in infrastructure and facilities management from budgeting and resourcing, through planning, design and construction, to operation, maintenance and demolition.
Established numerous Strategic Partnerships to win Federal and Defense contracts for design and design-build services through leadership and membership in multiple professional association and society industry groups. A known leader in Industry-Government Engagements with federal partners to constructively discuss improvements to the acquisition and execution process.
