42nd Annual AAPRCO Convention

As you register, please note the following:

• All convention registrants must be current AAPRCO members. To join or renew your membership, visit http://www.aaprco.com/join/renew-or-join/ 
• Spouses, significant others, and friends may attend certain convention excursions and events without an AAPRCO membership if they accompany an individual registrant who is also a current member, and if they are registered as a GUEST.
• Our registration system requires one full form per person. To add another registrant or guest, click "Add" located under Registrant or Guest, immediately following the Business Information section.
• Each person attending the convention must register as either an Individual, Guest, Crew, or Vendor registrant. 
• All events, whether free of charge or paid, require a reservation. Please be sure to indicate which complimentary events you wish to attend in the "Excursions and Add-Ons" section of your registration form. This is necessary to establish a headcount for each event.
• All excursion and tour fees are non-refundable unless a tour is not operated or cancelled.
• Itinerary and excursions are subject to change.

Vendor Information

• Vendor space is limited and will be given on a first-come first-served basis. Set up will take place between 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. on August 17th. 
• Vendors will be provided standard skirted 4x8 banquet tables.
