43rd Annual AAPRCO Convention

As you register, please note the following:

• All convention registrants and crew must be current AAPRCO members. To join or renew your membership, visit http://www.aaprco.com/join/renew-or-join/ 
• Spouses, significant others, and friends may attend certain convention activities without an AAPRCO membership if they accompany an individual registrant who is also a current member and if they are registered as a GUEST.
• Each person attending the convention must register as either a Registrant, Guest, or Crew.  Our registration system requires one full form per person. To add Guests or Crew, click "Add" located under "Additional Guest or Crew Information" immediately following the "Business Information" section.
• Two crew registrations are allowed per car and may be purchased in the "Event" section.  Crew registration includes Welcome Reception and Bon Voyage Dinner Cruise.
• All events, whether free of charge or paid, require a reservation. Please be sure to indicate which complimentary events you wish to attend in the "Add-Ons" section of your registration form. This is necessary to establish a headcount for each event.
• All registration and ticket fees are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled.
• Itinerary and excursions are subject to change.
• If you do not have a promo code, simply leave the space blank.

Vendor Information

• Vendor space is limited and will be given on a first-come first-served basis. Set up will take place on September 29 beginning at 7:30 a.m.
• Vendors will be provided standard skirted 4x8 banquet tables.
