Audiology Resources will be hosting the Audiology Revenue Cycle From Scheduling to Payment: Coding, Billing, Managed Care, and Pricing training event on Monday, July 12 and Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at the Hilton Garden Inn - Chicago O'Hare Airport. The course will run Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 5PM. Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided each day. Complementary WIFI will be available in the meeting space.
This is a UNIQUE training event for 2021! This interactive course is SOLELY related to coding, pricing, billing and the revenue cycle process.
The goal is to help attendees increase revenues!

Each event also comes with six months of no charge, one on one questions, guidance and coaching! This is included in theregistration fee!
Accommodations will be available at the Hilton Garden Inn - Chicago O'Hare Airport at $129 per night, double occupancy. The hotel's COVID policies are available on their website. Parking at the hotel is $18 per day (maximum) and the hotel is easily accessible from I-90 and I-294. If you fly into O'Hare International Airport, the hotel offers a free shuttle. If you fly into Midway, I suggest you rent a car.
Audiology Resources, Inc. is approved by the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEUs for this activity. The program is worth a maximum of 1.5 CEUs. Academy approval of this continuing education activity is based on course content only and does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedure, or adherence of the event to the Academy's Code of Ethics. Any views that are presented are those of the presenter/CE Provider and not necessarily of the American Academy of Audiology.
Please note: American Academy of Audiology Tier 1 credit (7.5 hours) is also available when attending this course. The American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) does not require hat a program need to be approved by ASHA to count towards re-certification. As a result, no ASHA CEUs will be offered. The course is geared to audiology practices, otolaryngology practices which house an audiology department, hospital audiology departments or hearing aid dispensing practices which employ audiologists. Registration is open to practice managers, audiologists, coders, office staff, hearing aid dispensers and AuD students.
Space will be limited to a maximum of 20 attendees.
Registrants will be provided with access to the slides and resource materials prior to the event. Unlike previous boot camp events, bound, printed booklets and flash drives (which contain the presentation materials as well as additional resources) are OPTIONAL and must be purchased separately.
Dr. Cavitt will be available to answer attendee questions throughout the training event and will address attendee questions following the conclusion of the Boot Camp until January 31,2022 (for two day registrants) at no additional charge. This service is built into the cost of the event. One day registrants receive no charge guidance until October 31, 2021.

Day #2 (Tuesday):
Case Studies in Billing and Reimbursement: Bring your de-identified claims issues and we will discuss and attempt to solve them. We will also have real-world examples of billing and contracting issues and will work, as a group, through different scenarios.
Case examples: We will present individuals with common billing and insurance scenarios. The attendee will work to create a solution or process for addressing the situation they are presented. We will go over each group scenario in the larger group.
