This new South Carolina core course focuses on Agency Relationships under SC License Law, Diligence Issues in Real Estate Transactions, and Contracts in a Real Estate Transaction. The licensee will become more familiar with license law and how to utilize the law to determine parameters for specific behaviors.

This course explores the ethical issues surrounding real estate transactions, and although the focus will be the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, the discussion leaders will bring real-life experiences into discussion through actual case studies.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

STUDENT CANCELLATION POLICY:  No refunds will be made; however, you may transfer to a different class subject to space availability if notice is given at least 5 days prior to your scheduled class. No Exceptions!

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:  Tom Daniel Seminars reserves the right to cancel a course if a required minimum number of students are not registered. If a class is cancelled, registered students will receive their choice of a full refund or full credit toward another class taken within one year of the class cancellation.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:  In order to receive credit, students must attend the entire course. Students who arrive late, leave early, or take extended breaks will not receive a Certificate of Completion.

REGISTRATION POLICY:  Advance registrations are necessary in order to determine if the class meets the required minimum number of students and to determine the adequacy of materials and available classroom space; therefore, there will be a late registration fee of $10 for any walk-ins.

CERTIFICATE:  Upon successful completion of the course, a Certificate of Completion will be provided to the student.
