FOR ALL LICENSEES

This course will first look at the history of changes that have occurred in agency relationships in the real estate transaction that have led to modern-day practice. Second, it will explore how agency relationships are created and the duties for which the agent should be held accountable. Finally, the requirement of agency disclosure will be discussed along with the types of agency relationships common in the real estate profession. Case studies will be used throughout the course.
