Taking time for ourselves is not always easy and yet we understand how important it is. We believe in the power of honoring our sacred feminine spirit and invite you to step into this space with your heart and soul. We've created a special day to explore our spiritual journey, create a spiritual toolkit to bring into our busy lives, practice mindfulness, meditation, movement and to PLAY! We will play with paint and teach you HOW to connect to the artist within you, with each other, with the Divine. We'll laugh as we make new friends, soak up those aha moments, and connect at a deeper level.
