9-Holes – Ages 15-18
9-Holes – Ages 13-14
9-Holes – Ages 11-12 
6-Holes – Ages 9-10*
3-Holes - Ages 6-8*

 *It is highly recommended that a parent/adult stay at the course and walk with golfers ages 10 and under.

There will be a box lunch & trophy presentation
at the conclusion of the tournament.

 Registration Requirements:

Participants should be a resident of the Fremont  area (within ~25 miles of Fremont).
This is a FREE tournament, however, advance registration is required by Noon on Friday, July 24th. 
Tee times begin at 8 a.m. and will be assigned in advance. 
An email will be sent to the address used in the registration and will be posted to https://www.fsbtfremont.bank/index.cfm/events-promotions by Noon on Monday, July 27th.

or pick up a registration form at any First State location or the Fremont Golf Club.

Note:  Online registration needs to be completed by a parent or guardian due to the waiver that needs to be agreed to before registration submission.  When registering your child, please register using the email address for the parent.
