Brazilian Cuisine 

Brazil food is delicious and amazingly diverse. These are some popular Brazil foods in different regions of the country that will make you want to visit and enjoy them!

The largest country in South America, borders every other South American country except Chile and Ecuador. It occupies almost half the area of South America and is the world's fifth largest country. Brazil is officially divided into five regions: North, Northeast, Center-West, Southeast and South. Each region of Brazil boasts its own style of cuisine. Each region region’s cuisine has been heavily influenced by the diverse history of origins, which came from both the immigrants and indigenous people of the country.

 FEIFOADA – The national dish of Brazil, It is a Heathy black bean stew with various types of beef and sausage

MOQGUECA DE PEIXE – It is a coconut fish stew that is easy to make and amazingly good.

*COXINHA –It is a popular food in Brazil made with chopped chicken, covered in dough, molded into a shape resembling a chicken leg, battered and fried. Served with ORANGE SALAD

* BRIGADEIROS -Brazil’s answer to the chocolate truffle, Brigadeiros are pretty simple to make, expect to see them on every kids’ parties in Brazil.
