SC Workers' Compensation KERMIT Training, Greenville, SC 11/21/2019 

South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission is pleased to announce the trainign dates and locations for the new portal, KERMIT (Key Element Reporting Management & Incident Tracking) system. KERMIT will provide easier access and better service for Claimants, Carriers, Attorneys, Self-Insureds and Trading Partners. KERMIT allows all parties involved in workers’ compensation claims to submit claims, complete required reports and forms and pay any applicable fees and fines electronically. Our previous portal, eCase, will no longer be used, and ALL users will have to re-register for an account with KERMIT.

The training will include comprehensive review of user roles, e-signature, electronic service, notifications, filing a claim or pleading, and electronic payments.

REGISTRATION: Cost to attend the workshop is $45 per person and payment may be made electronically at the time of registration. No registration will be processed without full payment.   Please see instructions for check payments below.   No Registrations will be accepted at the door. Space is LIMITED!   Lunch will be provided.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation requests received by the Commission by October 11, 2019 will receive a full refund. No credit or refund will be given for "no shows." Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Amy Proveaux, aproveaux@wcc.sc.gov
