CEU Class: Lockout - Tagout Training

Class Description: This class is for Lockout Authorized personnel who apply hazardous energy control measures to meet all applicable regulatory requirements and site specific policies, applicable procedures and equipment application.
License Renewal: This class it's ONLY for U.A. Local Union 725 memebers. It qualifies for the Journeyman Continuing Education Requirement covered in the MCASF / Local Union 725 Collective Bargaining Agreement (section 4.03) and it's valid for Miami-Dade Mechanical Journeyman License Renewal.
It is NOT VALID for State or Contractor License Renewal.

$50.00 Deposit is Required: It will be refunded to you ONLY if you attend the classes you are register for in its entirely. If you don't show up, come in late or leave early in any class we will keep the $50.00 deposit. For more information refer to our ARPEC Class Refund Policy.
Cancellations: Cancellation requests for this class must be submitted by Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 5:00 pm for a full refund. NO REFUNDS will be issued after that. Please call the office at (305) 685-0311.
