When we experience the loss of a loved one, we can sometimes profound confusion in addition to unbearable pain. Someone is there one moment and gone the next and we are left to make sense of what has happened. Is our loved one with us? Are we imagining things to help us cope? Are we closing out possibilities that might reflect deeper realities? How can we find our way through this muddle? This webinar addresses such questions from the point of view of an individual who has walked in this path. It is not a session intended as therapy but as a sharing of experience that might provide a bit of practical help.

Jeff Kane

Jeff Kane, Phd is the father of three children, one of whom was killed in car accident almost 18 years ago. His son, Gabriel, passed a few days short of his 22nd birthday. Jeff found himself struggling to understand if the feelings of connection he had with Gabriel were communications from beyond the horizon of death or pure fantasies he created himself to cope with the tragedy. Since that time, he has learned to tell the difference and is grateful to have received many clear messages. Some of his experience as a struggling father are included in a book of poems entitled, life as a novice. He and his wife Janet live on Long Island in New York have been married for nearly 47 years. He continues to write and teach as a professor of philosophy and education.

For many years Forever Family Foundation Webinars have allowed us to educate the public about what happens after we die. There is no longer a need to travel to a conference. You can watch and learn from the greatest people in their field from the privacy of your home.
