Trauma and the IFS Model: Releasing Personal and Legacy Burdens

This presentation will provide a brief introduction to the basics of the IFS model. An overview of IFS and its clinical applications in attachment and trauma work will be presented. The first day will focus on helping clients release personal burdens. Legacy burdens will be the focus on the second day.
