Blair Kok - Risk Manager, Clear Risk Solutions

Blair began working for Clear Risk Solutions as a risk manager in 2016 after an extensive career as a Firefighter/EMT-B with an associate degree in paramedicine. Since switching his focus to risk management, Blair has received his Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI) designation, as well as completing his ADA Coordinator Training Certification Program through the University of Missouri. 

Pamela Hancock - ADA Coordinator & Senior Risk Control Consultant, Public Risk Underwriters of Florida, Inc.

 Pam has been working with Preferred as a Senior Risk Consultant for the last 15 years and has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her experience includes working in Program Development, Marketing, Training and Liaison between Members and Underwriting and Claims. She received her ADA Coordinator designation in 2020 from University of Missouri and has completed the 10 hour OSHA Outreach Training course in General Industry Safety and Health. Pam also completed the Fundamentals of Employment Law with State College of Florida. She is an active member of Southwest Florida PRIMA, Florida Association of Special Districts (FASD), Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP).
