This training explores what constitutes boundary invasion as it pertains to professional adult/child working relationships. Topics that will be discussed include boundary behavior, differences between boundary invasion and grooming, how to address common problems, and how to report concerns. The session ends by stressing the importance of individual policies and procedures as they relate to boundary invasion issues.

While this workshop was specifically designed with school employees and students in mind, many elements can be universally applied to anyone who works in a professional capacity with children.
