Creating a Business Strategy for Success

Do you occasionally feel your practice lacks clear direction, do you sometimes wonder, “Where am I heading?” and can’t engage your team in your future?

This full day course is an ideal start to building a well managed clinic, whether you have been running your clinic for years or just starting out. We’ll help you plan your ideal clinic, starting with why you do what you do, understanding the purpose of your business, and the values which are most important to you, so you develop a strong vision of how you want your clinic to look and feel, and how it will fit within your own bigger picture.

During this workshop we’ll introduce you to the ‘Seven Pillars’ concept (from our practitioner guide). You’ll map out a 3 year projection across all the strategic areas of your business, with key milestones to mark out your progress. By the end of the day you’ll have compiled a one page plan with your practice objectives for the year ahead, your strategic focus, and the key activities you’ll be undertaking.

You’ll leave this interactive workshop with a fresh perspective on your business and an immediate action plan to keep the momentum flowing as soon as you’re back in your clinic
