Turning Plans into Actions

 Having trouble translating your dream of a successful practice into reality?  Not sure where to start, what needs doing first and what is the best use of limited resources?

Practice owners often tell us they don’t prioritise sufficient time in their diary to make action plans for their business, and so they drift along. This full day course is the perfect opportunity to work ON your clinic, rather than IN it and create clear actions to take you forward through 2018, and is ideal for both new and existing clinic owners.

We’ll start by looking at the distinct roles you play in your business (even if it’s just you working in it at present), and what your ideal team would look like. We’ll move on to how you can manage and delegate most effectively to get the most out of your team, so everyone can enjoy working in your clinic, while maintaining efficiency.

During this workshop we’ll introduce you to the ‘Seven Pillars’ concept (from our practitioner guide) and you’ll look at the key indicators of success in your practice, and where improvements can be made. We’ll show you how to create a financial dashboard for your practice, and which key numbers to monitor frequently to ensure you have a healthy thriving practice. We’ll highlight the key processes for you to focus on during the patient journey to encourage a returning and referring culture in your practice. And, you’ll be introduced to ideas to help maximise your time planning, including a time management matrix.  

By the end of the day you’ll be buzzing with new ideas and have created a clear and practical plan to help you build a happy and successful clinic.  You’ll leave this practical and interactive workshop with a new perspective on your business and immediate actions to keep the momentum flowing when you’re back in your clinic
