This is a no cost spay/neuter program for any person that is enrolled in any financial assistance program living in the following zipcode areas - 50312, 50315 and 50317. If you live outside these zipcode areas, please call 515-473-9117 to go on our waiting list for future funding. Spay/neuter surgeries are for cats and kittens over 2 pounds and in good health with no infectious diseases.
