This day-long program will provide two separate tracks of training, each totaling 5.75 hours of MCLE, including .75 hours of Ethics credit. Inland Counties Legal Services is the MCLE provider.

One track will focus on homeowners issues, including basics of foreclosure, loan modifications, HAMP, common-interest developments, and defending foreclosures. The other will focus on eviction defense in foreclosed properties, including the basics of eviction defense, Protecting Tenants in Foreclosure Actions, tenant organizing, and litigation strategy. The two breakouts will be concurrent and the material does not repeat, so attendees must choose which presentation is most relevant to their practice.
