Youth Apprentice, Four Rivers Career Center
Washington High School student, Morgan Phinney is a Building Trades 1 Junior at Four Rivers. In February, she signed her DOL Youth Registered Apprenticeship with Jasper Quality Construction. Morgan will be the first female STL-KC Carpenters Regional Council apprentice for Four Rivers Career Center.

Dr. Linda Little
Assistant Director, St. Louis Electrical JATC
Dr. Little began her career as an IBEW Local 1 apprentice electrician in 1981. While working as a Journeyman and Foreman she completed college degrees and in 1999 became a full-time instructor at the Local 1 JATC. In 2020, she was promoted to Assistant Director of the St. Louis Electricians Joint Apprenticeship Training Center.

Sheena Houston
Sheet Metal Worker
Ms. Houston is a commercial and shop fabrication “Tinner”. She has made a positive contribution to adding race and gender equity to the building trades in the St Louis region. She is the second African American woman Sheet Metal Worker in the history of her local with the goal of paving the way for many more.

Preconstruction/Project Manager, Green Street Building Group
Ms. Knight has nearly a decade of experience and a lifetime of exposure in the industry. She is known to be a strategic leader of all stages of construction including estimating, value engineering, safety, and project management with a focus on project execution, goal achievement, quality, timeliness, budget, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Founder and CEO of CMT, LLC since 2012, Ms. Elliott has over 27 years in the construction industry. High quality and premium service are two business traits she prides her company in being known for in the area. She has won numerous awards in promoting, leading and taking action when advocating for minority owned and women owned businesses in the construction industry.
