New York State Auctioneers Association Convention 2019 

Please plan to join your fellow auctioneers at the NYSAA 2019 Convention at the Marriott Albany February 2-4, 2019.  Pre-registration is strongly advised to ensure your spot

The outstanding lineup of speakers includes: Tammy Miller, Emily Wears, Forres Meadows, and Ailie Byers. Topics range from Communications for Auctioneers, Balance in Your Life, Where Are Your Buyers and Selling Coins at Auction.  There will be a representative from the NY Tax & Finance Department speaking on tax updates.

The event kicks off on Saturday, February 2nd with Communication for Auctioneers presented by Tammy Miller, followed by a Welcome Reception/Networking with Industry Vendors.  Sunday, February 3rd is packed full of education, the annual membership meeting, the Rookie and Championship contest, the Presidential dinner and the Fun Auction.  We wrap things up on February 4th with updates from the NY Tax & Finance Department and seminar on Coins presented by Ailie Byers.

HOTEL INFORMATION:  Marriott Albany, 189 Wolf Road, Albany, NY - 1-800-228-9290 - the NYSAA has secured a block of rooms at a rate of $119/night.  Be sure to state you are booking under the NYS Auctioneers event.  This room block/rate is only good until January 17, 2019.

The registration fees cover the cost of the meals.  If you are not attending the meals please register and click on seminars only.  Saturday eveing is finger foods (dinner is on your own).  Sunday lunch and dinner are buffets therefore there are no childrens meals this year.
