1) Go to www.bestwestern.com and select our hotel. Enter the dates for your event and select room type, number of adults, etc.
2) In the drop down box of discounts (AAA,AARP, etc.) there is a promotional rate option. There is a blank field next to it. Type in special10 and your rate will be calculated. Enter your personal information and your credit card.
3) Click BOOK room. You're done!
*Please note: Encourage your guests to book early--our rates will change with occupancy and demand. Not every guest will have the same rate--especially if they wait too long!
4) We will have your event date and contact information at the desk in case we need to contact you or if people without a computer can book locally.

Grand Masters Western Kansas All the Way Class, February 18 2017
This event will Initiate, Pass and Raise candidates to the degree of Master Mason. Entered apprentices and Fellowcraft are encouraged to attend and finish their degrees, escorted by their mentors of course.
All degree work will be performed including lectures.
Each person attending, including the candidates must preregister; there will be no onsite registration the day of the event. Print and bring ticket generated when registration is complete.
All laws, rules and regulations apply to the candidates as far as petitioning, reception of petitions, investigations and balloting. Upon the reception of each candidate’s petition the lodge secretary should report that fact through the Lodge Secretary Interface (LSI) which will issue each new candidate a member number, which is required to complete the online registration.
Please do not embarrass yourself and / or your candidate by not preregistering. If you show up at the door, not pre-registered the day of the event, you will be turned away.
