FRENCH Cooking Experience
Valentine's Date Night - February 14, 2015

Come visit our kitchen where we will host a guest French cook and you will learn directly from her the art of preparing;
Iles Flottantes (floating Island)
A classic French dessert that consists of meringue floating on a sea of vanilla custard, usually served with a great drizzle of caramel and topped with toasted almonds.
Also enjoy other creations by our cook such as crèmes au caramel and mousse au chocolat. While being part of the cook's staff during this hands-on experiecne, you will also enjoy different types of terrines (forcemeat), as wel as verrine (a multi-layered salad or dessert layered in a glass), authentic homemade French bread and of course, fantastic French wine!
This hands-on experience is an opportunity to learn something new together, have a great time and of course, enjoy the fruits of your labor!
