National Sexuality Education Standards 2nd Edition Training - Elementary School

In March 2020, the Future of Sex Education (FoSE)iniative released the 2nd edition of The National Sex Education Standards: Core Content and Skills, K-12 (NSES) to support educators in providing medically accurate, trauma-informed, inclusive sex education. These standards are an invaluable tool for planning and implementing sexual health education. To aid in the implementation of the standards, EOI and Teen Pregnancy and Prevention Partnership are partnering to offer grade level workshops which will cover all seven topic areas included in the NSES to ensure educators are prepared in essential content and skills for K-12 sex education.

There will be approximately one hours worth of asynchronous work you will be expected to do each week before the live training.
