A hands-on workshop to help you with social media marketing for your design business.
Susan Leinen and Michelle Chiang have put together three summer workshops to help you get your social media accounts jump-started. Each small group session will have a short presentation focused on one social media platform. The rest of the time Michelle and Susan will be available to help coach attendees with social media questions and how-to's.
Bring your laptop; it's time to get working!
August 13 - Facebook For Your Design Business
Our 20-minute presentation will be on Pinterest. We will show you:
- How to Create and Modify a Business Page on Facebook
- How to Optimize Your Business Page
- How to Add Content to Build Your Following
- How to Direct Your Audience to Interact With You on Facebook
Workshop format:
- 10 am - 10:30 am Welcome, Introduction, and Facebook Presentation
- 10:30 - 12 noon Hands on coaching for Facebook or any other Social Media
- Light snacks and beverages will be provided.
- We will also provide a handout on the presentation.
Please bring:
- Your Laptop with power cord
- Photos and/or graphic images for uploading to your Social Media accounts
- Make sure you have access to your passwords
