The 2012 Leapfrog Annual Meeting will be an intimate gathering of key decision-makers from Leapfrog's influentional list of purchaser members, industry partners, healthcare stakeholders, and national collaborators. Following the meeting, representatives from Leapfrog's 2012 Top Hospitals will be honored for their acheivements at the evening's Top Hospital Reception.
This year's meeting will focus on the Hospital Safety Score and feature a keynote by Dr. Peter Pronovost, Senior Vice President for Patient Safety and Quality and Director of the Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality at Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Other featured speakers will include patient safety advocate Regina Holliday and a special panel of Leapfrog Board Members who comprise the Hospital Safety Score Committee. Following the Annual Meeting, Leapfrog Top Hospital awards will be distributed to urban, rural, and children's hospitals that achieved the highest level of performance on the 2012 Leapfrog Hospital Survey. All Top Hospitals are invited to send a representative to accept this presitgious award.

ALL attendees must register below to attend. Leapfrog Members, Partners, Regional Roll-Outs, Board Members, and Top Hospitals are welcome to bring up to three attendees from their organization at no cost; additional attendees are requested to pay a $125 registration fee.
