The mission of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association is to promote and support the advancement and economic growth of the Hispanic contractors, architects and engineers in Texas. We are committed to developing programs and facilitating the resources needed to help the diverse Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) Industry reach their potential.

Membership Classifications:  

Corporate Partner Investment: The RHCA Corporate Partnership offers the opportunity for a corporation, public entity, or general contractor to make a one-time or an annual investment.  The RHCA offers four standard packages and the opportunity to customize for an exclusive and tailored package.  Packages include sponsorships for RHCA premier events, business development training, safety training, and custom programming, as well as outreach efforts to over 20,000 construction industry contacts throughout the State of Texas. 

$50,000 - Industry Partner
$25,000 - Platinum Partner
$15,000 - Gold Partner
$10,000 - Silver Partner
$  7,500 - Bronze Partner

$  5,000 - G/C Partner

Architectural, Engineering and Construction (A/E/C) Membership: Firms engaged in the business of any segment of the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry, including, but not limited to, general contractors, construction management firms, owners and developers of construction projects, architectural firms, engineering firms and any specialty trade contractors such as mechanical, electrical, concrete, masonry or other specialty trade contractors and suppliers providing construction equipment, materials, and supplies.

   $400 - Annual gross sales are less than $500,000 
   $500 - Annual gross sales are between $500K and $2Mil 
$1,000 - Annual gross sales are between $2Mil and $5Mil 
$2,000 - Annual gross sales are between $5Mil and $10Mil 
$3,000 - Annual gross sales are more than $10Mil

Associate Membership (Non-A/E/C): Firms principally engaged in the rendition of services (i.e., accountants, attorneys, bankers, bond agents, and insurance agents) to persons or firms in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry who are interested in the purposes and objectives of this organization and who are willing to uphold its policies and subscribe to its bylaws.

$500 Small Business – a business with annual sales under 1 million in sales (insurance, legal, accounting, specialty items, financial services, independent agents, consultants, etc.) 
$2,500 Major Corporation – a private sector company such as retail, banking, energy, manufacturing, etc. 
$2,000 Public Entity – an organization operated or funded by a city, state, or governmental agency

Affiliate Members $300
Affiliate Members are for non-profit and for-profit membership associations, including the 27 different types of non-profit 501(c) organizations.

Individual Members $100 (no business affiliation)
Individual Members are individuals whose employer is not a member of this organization. The individual cannot be an owner or principal of the company.

Construction Worker/Student Members $25 (no business affiliation)
A construction worker works out in the field on the job site, not in the office, owner, or the management team. Student Members are high school, vocational or college students who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and pursuing a vocational or college degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, construction science, or any related field.
