Teaching since 1990, Lisa offers a unique appreciation for an individual's life stage. With a willingness to meet people where they are in the present moment, her specialty remains the therapeutic benefits of movement.
With a strong referral network from the medical and wellness community, Lisa regularly works privately with students forging a deeper connection to breath and developing new neuromuscular pathways leading to positive change.
Known for her creative movement sequencing that seamlessly connects to a philosophical theme, students leave sessions and classes feeling better, restored, and alive.
Lisa is a Certified Yoga Therapist as well as a Comprehensively Certified Pilates Instructor meaning she has trained and tested on all apparatus.
In addition to Yoga and Pilates classes in Jacksonville, FL, Lisa also offers teacher training, mentors Yoga Therapy teachers, and presents workshops internationally.
