Payment options

- Request an invoice; send an email to kellihiggins@inautism.org with the contact name, organization name, address, phone number and contact email. 

-Pay by check; Download Sponsorship Registration Form. Fill out the form and make the check out to "Autism Society of Indiana" in memo put "Autism Ability FEST" then mail the check and form to: Autism Society of Indiana 1800 N. Meridian Street, Suite 103B Indianapolis, IN 46202.
