  • Regular - $160
  • Full-time students in high school, college, or graduate school - $95
  • Children ages 4 to 12 - $55
  • Children under age 4 (no meals): Free
One Day Only
  • Thursday - $40
  • Friday - $40
  • Saturday including Gala Event - $80
Two Days
  • Thursday and Friday - $75
  • Friday and Saturday including Gala Event - $115
Registration fee covers:
  • Local, group transportation to group events
  • Access to hospitality room
  • Access to group events and meals not marked on your own
  • Attendee packet (name badge, schedule, etc.)
  • All registrations must be received by May 29, 2013.

Lodging

A block of rooms has been reserved at Snowshoe Resort. Please contact Snowshoe Central Reservations at 877-441-4386 and identify the name of the group (National Youth Science Foundation Alumni) and the Group Code (50Y8H3) when making your reservation. Room rates*:

  • Allegheny Springs Junior Studio - $127.25/night
  • Allegheny Springs Studio - $129.25/night
  • Allegheny Springs 2 Bedroom - $208.50/night
  • Allegheny Springs 2 Bedroom Den - $208.50/night
  • Allegheny Springs 2 Bedroom Plus - $221.50/night
  • Expedition Station Junior Studio - $119.25/night

* Group rates do not apply after May 19, 2013. Rates do not include sales tax (currently 6%) and lodging tax (currently 6%).

  • All rooms include a pull-out sleeper sofa in addition to the bedroom(s).
  • Room rates include resort fees (scenic chair lift rides, access to lake activities, use of Split Rock Pool)
  • No reservations can be made online for the group block.
  • A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Each complex has dedicated parking for lodging guests only.  Fees may apply for parking in other areas.
  • Any accommodations outside of those in the room block above will vary in cost depending on location and occupancy.
